These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zulu Academy ("the Service"), including our website, dashboard, training tools, and Discord bot ("Bot"). By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Zulu Academy and its Discord bot. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Some features of Zulu Academy require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

b. Discord Bot Usage

The Discord bot is intended to enhance communication and training within our official Zulu Academy Discord server. Unauthorized use of the bot outside of official contexts is prohibited.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or harm others through the Service or Bot.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or Bot.

Violation of these rules may result in a ban or permanent removal from the Academy and its platforms.

Any data you submit, including training requests, profile details, and messages, remains your responsibility. You grant Zulu Academy the right to use this data to provide and improve the Service.

We respect your privacy. Any information collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy . We do not share personal information without your consent.

4. Availability

We strive to keep Zulu Academy and the Bot online and functional, but we make no guarantees about uptime or availability. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service or Discord bot at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to the community.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Zulu Academy provides the Service “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to the Terms

Zulu Academy may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via our Discord server or website.
